## Who should apply

- Organisations registered as legal entities in one of the eleven eligible RIS countries
- National innovation agencies, universities, research institutes, or companies with an ecosystem-building mandate
- Groups able to form a same-country consortium spanning at least two Knowledge Triangle sides
- Entities focused on healthcare innovation ecosystem development rather than direct research execution

## Key dates

- Covers the 2027-2028 period
- Open to single applicants or national consortia (optional grouping)

## Tips for applicants

- Emphasize connections across the Knowledge Triangle, the call favors applicants who can demonstrate reach across academia, research, and industry within their country.
- If forming a consortium, verify every partner is legally established in the same eligible RIS country before applying, since cross-border consortia are not permitted.
- Position the application around ecosystem-building activities rather than a single research project, since this is a national representation role, not a research grant.
