## Eligibility & scope

For established research leaders with no PhD-based eligibility window. Host institution must be in an EU Member State or Associated Country. PI must commit ≥30% working time to project, ≥50% of total time in EU/Associated Country. Single-PI, no consortium required. Excellence is the sole evaluation criterion.
