For researchers who have recently obtained their PhD (max. 3 years post-PhD), across Science, SSH, AES and ZonMw domains; enables researchers to develop their own research ideas.

## Summary

NWO Veni awards up to €320,000 for early-career researchers to develop their own research idea over three years. Open across all disciplines through four domain variants (Science, SSH, AES, and ZonMw Health R&D), the scheme targets researchers recently out of their PhD and hosted at Dutch knowledge institutions. Veni is the entry tier of the NWO Talent Programme and runs annual calls per domain.
