## Eligibility & scope

Two fellowship types: European PF (any nationality, host in EU/Associated Country, 1–2 yrs) and Global PF (EU/Associated Country nationals or long-term residents only, outgoing phase in non-associated Third Country + 1-yr return). Strict mobility rules apply (≤12 months in host country in prior 36 months). Max 8 years post-PhD. Resubmission restrictions apply for scores below 80% from prior year.
