## Eligibility & scope

Only nationals or long-term residents of EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries may apply. Outgoing phase at a non-associated Third Country organisation, followed by mandatory 1-year return to an EU/Associated Country organisation. Max 8 years post-PhD. Mobility rule applies to the outgoing host country. All disciplines eligible; Euratom areas require EU/Euratom nationality.
