## Eligibility & scope

For early-career researchers (PhD passed + ≤3 years postdoc, or ≥4 years research experience without PhD). Host institution must be in UK, Republic of Ireland, or an eligible LMIC (excl. India and mainland China); not-for-profit only. Must contribute ≥80% research time. No co-applicants accepted. Grants to mainland China are ineligible.
