## Eligibility & scope

Open to Dutch knowledge institutions, societal organisations and citizens jointly developing research on drug(-related) harm reduction. Consortium required (main applicant + co-applicant + cooperation partner). Main applicant of selected pre-proposals must participate in all phase 2 synergy workshops (Nov 2026–Feb 2027) to submit the joint full proposal. Applications via Mijn ZonMw only.
