Grants closing in April 2027

Supports life scientists who have been group leaders for less than four years at the time of application. Provides financial support for networking, training opportunities, support for lab members, and mentoring for four years. Part of an international network of EMBO Young Investigators, Installation Grantees and Global Investigators.

Supports group leaders who relocate to host countries participating in the EMBO Installation Grant scheme. Applicants must provide confirmation and description of the receiving institute, including available infrastructure and start-up package. Journal impact factors must not be included; EMBO is a DORA signatory.
