Supports life scientists who have been independent group leaders for less than 4 years at time of application. Provides financial support for networking, training, lab member support, and mentoring for 4 years. Open to researchers in Europe and beyond (EMBC member states and associated countries).

Lead Agency bilateral project funding between Switzerland (SNSF) and South Tyrol (Province). Submission only to SNSF, once a year by 1 April. Applicants may hold max two simultaneous SNSF project grants; one must be a Weave/Lead Agency project. Topics of concurrent grants must be clearly distinct. Earliest project start: 1 January of the year following submission.

MSCA call (HORIZON-MSCA-2027-COFUND-01): HORIZON TMA MSCA Cofund Doctoral programme

Supports group leaders establishing new laboratories in participating countries (2026: Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Türkiye) to strengthen life sciences there. Applicants must be moving to or recently established in a host country within the scheme. Grantees join the EMBO Young Investigator/Installation Grantee international network.

MSCA call (HORIZON-MSCA-2027-SE-01): HORIZON TMA MSCA Staff Exchanges

Open to Dutch knowledge institutions and societal stakeholders forming interdisciplinary, knowledge-chain-wide consortia. Research must address participation in education and (un)paid work for people with brain and/or mental disorders, including those with lower SEP or migration background. At least one consortium partner must come from the healthcare sector. All partners must actively contribute to research design and implementation.
