Eligibility & scope
Call to design and deliver a blended capacity-building learning programme for Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) region ecosystem actors, combining online learning, workshops, mentoring, study visits and peer learning. Open to consortia of universities, TTOs, innovation agencies, accelerators and clusters.
