Eligibility & scope
Open to PhD holders of any nationality. European Fellowships: mobility to/within EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Global Fellowships: EU nationals or long-term residents, outgoing phase in non-associated Third Country + mandatory 12-month return phase to EU/Associated Country host. Applications submitted jointly by researcher and academic or non-academic host organisation. Specific Euratom conditions apply for nuclear research areas.
