Eligibility & scope
Advanced computing access (HPC, AI, Cloud) for teams with no prior RNCA experience. Proposals must be submitted in English via myFCT. Max 50,000 CPU core-hours and 500 GPU-hours per project. Eligible applicants include R&D institutions, companies (pre-competitive R&D only), and individuals active in Portugal. Fast-track (via rápida) requires prior scientific evaluation in the last 3 years.
