Eligibility & scope
Open to PhD holders of any nationality with up to 8 years of post-PhD research experience. European Fellowships require hosting in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe associated country; Global Fellowships require EU nationals or long-term residents conducting research in a third country with a mandatory 12-month return phase. Applicants cannot have resided in the host country for more than 12 months in the last 3 years (mobility rule applies).
