Supports Danish universities and research institutions in recruiting top researchers of any nationality by providing a 4-year start package. Funding tiers: up to DKK 5M (assistant/tenure-track), DKK 8M (associate professor), DKK 10M (full or clinical professor). Host institution must be in Denmark. Enhances researcher mobility across borders and from industry to academia.
