Eligibility & scope
Open to approved Norwegian research organisations as lead applicant. Proposals must be in English. Requires at least 2 user partners (non-R&D sector actors). Scope: societal security and emergency preparedness in/for Norway, Norwegian sea areas and polar regions — covering risk management, crisis response, energy security, food security, climate resilience, Arctic/Antarctic governance, civil preparedness, and organised crime. No support for experimental development or commercialisation.
