Eligibility & scope
Structured doctoral programmes run by German universities in conjunction with partner institutions abroad. Supports bilateral research and qualification programmes, cross-border co-supervision of doctoral researchers, and reciprocal research visits. German host institution required; proposals must be submitted via the DFG elan portal.
