Eligibility & scope
Open to English Higher Education Providers registered with OfS (approved fee cap) and organisations with expertise in KE metrics/commercialisation. Applications can be collaborative or independent; only eligible English HEPs or organisations can lead. Seeks a national KE metrics advisory unit/consortium to design next-generation KE data tools, metrics, and evidence for policy and institutional funding. Primarily revenue funding.
