Eligibility & scope
Supports exploratory, high-risk synthetic plant biology research applying engineering principles to understand plant function. Applicants must hold a PhD and a faculty position (or equivalent PI eligibility) at a US nonprofit institution with research space. No preliminary data required. No citizenship requirements for PIs.
