Who is eligible?
- •Consortium of 3+ legal entities in 3+ different EU Member States / associated countries
- •Technology Readiness Level 1-4 at project start
- •Open to universities, research institutions, SMEs, large companies, and non-profits
- •Project must address a scientifically ambitious, high-risk objective
