Eligibility & scope
Open to early-career researchers at UK research organisations who have not previously held competitive funding as project lead with postdoctoral staff support. Covers biotechnology and biological sciences research (plants, microbes, animals, humans, tools/technology). Overseas and business-based applicants are ineligible as project leads; project partners from UK or overseas are permitted.
