Eligibility & scope
Funds breakthroughs and innovations in large-scale import, conversion, transport, and storage of liquid hydrogen and hydrogen carriers, including port infrastructure and supply chains. Open to consortia of Dutch universities, applied science institutions, TO2 and other research organisations, and businesses with demonstrable R&D activities in the Netherlands. NWO funds 51–80% of project costs; co-funding from private parties is required.
