Eligibility & scope
Dutch researchers can participate in bilateral Weave proposals submitted to DFG (Germany), FNR (Luxembourg), or FWO (Flanders). NWO acts as partner agency; the Dutch co-applicant submits an administrative submission to NWO via ISAAC. Part of the Open Competition ENW-M 2026/2027.
