For researchers 2–7 years post-PhD (defence date 1 Jan 2019 – 31 Dec 2023). Host institution must be in an EU Member State or Associated Country. PI must commit ≥50% working time to project, ≥50% of total time in EU/Associated Country. Single-PI, no consortium required. Excellence is the sole evaluation criterion.
