Funds interventional experimental medicine studies in humans to validate mechanistic hypotheses underlying variation in response to biomedical prevention interventions. Applicants must be employed by an eligible UK research organisation. MRC funds 80% FEC; 100% of permitted exceptions and eligible international co-lead costs.
