Targets large cultural organisations (galleries, libraries, archives, museums) to onboard content to the CCE platform by 30 April 2027. Covers legal/rights clearance, metadata, technical integration, and staffing. Prior 'Launch Partners Fund' recipients are ineligible. No matched funding required; 100% FEC funded.

BE READY partnership call on pandemic preparedness; €850,000 available for Norwegian researchers participating in European research collaboration. Applications must be submitted via the partnership's own platform.

Open to international research leaders (established/professor level) forming a consortium. Focuses on next-generation AMR diagnostics for lower respiratory tract infections. Aims to develop innovative solutions to major scientific challenges within a strategic priority area for the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Early-stage proof-of-concept research on rapid, minimally invasive, affordable LRTI diagnostics at point-of-care. Research must be anchored at a research institution or non-profit (for-profit product development ineligible). Main applicant must be tenured/tenure-track at a European (EU/Schengen/UK) institution with ≥75% commitment; at least one applicant must be ≥75% employed at a Danish institution. Industry partners may collaborate but cannot receive funding.

Individual projects submitted by a single non-profit research organisation based in Spain or Portugal. Thematic areas: neurosciences, oncology, cardiovascular and associated metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and enabling technologies in those areas. Focuses on med-tech, biotech, pharma, quantum tech with clear commercialisation outlook; particular focus on cardiometabolic and infectious diseases. Project must directly link to improving patient lives or sustainability.

For senior faculty/researchers at Nordic research institutions or hospitals with a proven innovation track record (patents, spinouts). Covers med-tech, industrial biotech, pharma, quantum tech; focus on cardiometabolic and infectious diseases. Projects must have commercialisation outlook; must be administered by a non-profit; pre-CVR only. Co-applicants optional, may be international.

Research on cardiometabolic disease (CMD), infectious disease, or regenerative medicine using shortlisted databases. Principal investigators must be independent researchers anchored at a university, hospital, or non-profit in the Nordics or UK. Postdocs and students ineligible as main applicant. Applicant salary cannot be covered. Letter of commitment from database custodian required.

Biomedical and health research (basic, clinical, translational) in neuroscience, oncology, cardiovascular/metabolic disease, infectious diseases, and enabling technologies. Host Organization must be a non-profit research institution in Spain or Portugal. Applications must be submitted in English. Budget of non-Spanish/Portuguese partners capped at 30% of total. Companies may not be project team members.

Clinical and translational medical research. Master students, PhD students, and postdocs are not eligible. A strategic focused theme earmarks DKK 13.5M for projects on interactions between infectious diseases and cardiometabolic diseases; applicants must tick the 'IDs and CMDs' box in the application. Proposals submitted via the foundation's electronic system.

Fifth T-AP international call funding transnational SSH research on societal anticipation and response to future challenges (climate, pandemics, geopolitical tensions, tech transformation). German applicants must hold a doctorate and be affiliated with a non-profit German research institution. Up to 30% practice-led/applied research permitted in the German portion. Transnational teams required.

Main applicant must be employed at a Nordic institution at assistant professor level or above (postdocs/PhD students ineligible). Co-applicant may be based anywhere globally but must be in a different country. Research must be use-inspired and address Theme 1 (novel AMR tools) or Theme 2 (pandemic influenza). Clinical trials, microbiome research, phage therapy, and for-profit product development are out of scope.

Open to researchers at non-profit research organisations based in Spain or Portugal. Thematic areas: neurosciences, oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and enabling technologies. Individual projects up to €500k; consortium projects (2–5 organisations) up to €1M. Submissions via the dedicated online platform only.

Funds human-centric mechanistic experimental medicine studies testing hypotheses about disease mechanisms using interventions (compounds, biologics, psychological, physiological, vaccines, immune challenges). Requires human participant recruitment with clinical infrastructure. New Investigator Award track available. Applications in English; UK institutions. No matched funding requirement beyond standard 20% FEC.

International transdisciplinary research on ecological, evolutionary, and social drivers of infectious disease transmission (humans, animals, plants). UK component funded by BBSRC on behalf of UKRI (EPSRC, ESRC, NERC, MRC). Must include UK and US investigators; proposals submitted through NSF. Focus on quantitative/computational pathogen transmission dynamics; coronavirus proposals encouraged. UK applicants must contact BBSRC Programme Officer before applying.
