Bilateral call between Switzerland and India focusing on One Health research (intersection of human, animal, and environmental health). Swiss applicants apply to SNSF; Indian counterparts apply to their national agency.

Open to Swedish universities, colleges, and approved administrating organisations. Applications must combine world-class research in groundbreaking technology (engineering sciences plus relevant social sciences/humanities) with a credible innovation ecosystem plan. Particular priority given to fundamental AI research. Project manager must be employed at the administrating organisation at grant start with ≥50% FTE commitment.

First call under the One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (OHAMR) international partnership. Focuses on combating antimicrobial resistance through a One Health approach (human, animal, environmental health). Transnational consortia required.

Joint NL–Brazil (São Paulo/FAPESP) research call on replacing fossil raw materials with circular biomass-derived feedstocks. Two project sizes: small-scale (€140k–€290k) and large-scale (€350k–€700k); NWO/FAPESP fund max 70%, mandatory 30% co-funding from industry. Topics: biobased feedstocks and conversion processes; multidisciplinary scope required (chemical engineering, economics, sustainability, social, legal).

Main applicant must be an independent tenured/tenure-track researcher employed ≥75% at a European (EU, Schengen Area, or UK) university, hospital, or non-profit research organisation; at least one applicant must be ≥75% employed at a Danish institution. Co-applicants may be global. Industry partners may collaborate but cannot receive funding. Fundamental interdisciplinary research (TRL 1–3) on biological drivers of soil health; no implementation science or translational activities.

The Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP) is a European Partnership under Horizon Europe aiming to stimulate and accelerate the energy transition, contributing to the European ambition of becoming a climate-neutral continent. Opening in Q2 2026.

Open to senior postdocs, senior researchers, assistant professors, or newly employed associate professors worldwide who will be hosted at a university or non-profit research institution in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, or Sweden. Supports fundamental research in industrial or environmental biotechnology with strategic outlook toward scaling, sustainability, and productivity. Research must commence no earlier than May 2026 and begin by April 2027 at the latest.

Open to any PhD-holder at any career stage; single PI grants for fundamental research in natural and technical sciences with potential application in life sciences, health sciences or sustainability. Applicant's PI grant portfolio must not exceed DKK 4M/year in the project start year. Projects must be 5–6 years; shorter projects are ineligible.

Main applicant or at least one co-applicant must be a data science/computational science researcher employed at a Danish university or institution during the project period. Supports data science methods development and/or applications in life science, biomedical/health science, sustainability, agriculture, and related NNF focus areas. Projects focused on finance, surveillance, defence, gaming, or cybersecurity are out of scope.
