Mental Health Award: Improving Cognitive and Functional Outcomes for People Experiencing Psychosis
Up to £3M (interventions, up to 5 years); Up to £1M (markers of cognitive functioning, up to 3 years)
Funds research on early intervention for cognitive and functional outcomes in people experiencing or at risk of psychosis. Host organisations include universities, research institutes, non-academic healthcare orgs, NGOs, and companies worldwide (excluding mainland China). Lead applicant must contribute ≥20% research time. Lived experience involvement is mandatory. Phase III pharmacological trials and animal-model research are excluded.

At least 20% research time commitment required from all applicants.
